Born and raised in Central Texas, Ann brings a depth of local knowledge and real-world experience that sets her apart. As a rancher, former restaurant owner, and long-time real estate investor turned Realtor®, she offers clients more than traditional representation. She brings practical insight earned through decades of hands-on work.

With more than 20 years of buying, renovating, and maximizing returns on investment properties, Ann has developed strong negotiating skills and a sharp eye for value. Her academic background in business law and paralegal studies further strengthens her ability to guide and advocate for clients throughout every stage of a transaction.

At Van Zandt Properties, Ann serves in Agent Support, Compliance, and Mentorship, where she helps ensure excellence and integrity across the brokerage. She is passionate about educating and empowering Realtors, guiding them to grow their skills and confidence while fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support within the profession. Her favorite part of the business remains helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and clarity.

When she is not serving clients or supporting agents, Ann can be found on her ranch working cattle, gardening, or baking for her family and friends. She also enjoys local live music and traveling with her husband, their four children, and two grandsons.
